Full meeting registration includes the Sip N' Social, Closing Reception, lunch on Monday, October 12 & Tuesday, October 13, concurrent sessions Monday, October 12 - Wednesday, October 14, and Exhibit Hall access on Monday, October 12 - Tuesday, October 13. *To receive the Member Rate you need to be an SRAI Member at the time of the meeting.
**Non-Member Rate includes the full meeting registration and one year of SRAI full membership.
***Pre-Conference Workshops on Saturday, October 10 & Sunday, October 11 are not included with full meeting registration and are an additional fee. Workshop lunch is included for a Full Day or two Half Day Workshops on the same day. The workshop fee does not include participation in any other meeting activities such as social functions and concurrent sessions, which require full meeting registration. You need to be an SRAI Member at the time of the meeting to attend a workshop.

Full payment must be received prior to the start of the event. Checks MUST include attendee name and completed registration form.
We cannot process any advance registrations without full payment. After the deadline, September 23, 2026, you may register and pay onsite. For onsite registration, payment must be made using an organization or personal check, or credit card. Invoices will NOT be issued. Purchase orders are NOT accepted. You must be a full member of SRAI at the time of the meeting to receive member rate.
Written requests for registration refunds must be postmarked on or before September 11, 2026. Cancellations submitted on or before September 11, 2026 will be refunded less a $150 meeting cancellation fee, and/or a $75 workshop cancellation fee per workshop. If you paid membership dues while registering, these will not be refunded; only the actual registration fees will be refunded less the cancellation fee(s). No refunds will be made after September 11, 2026. Refunds are not given for no-shows. Registration substitutions from the same institution are accepted; membership substitutions are NOT accepted. All fees will be reimbursed if the program is cancelled. In the case of a cancellation, you will be notified by SRAI from srameetings@srai.org.
Requests for accommodation must be submitted on or before September 11, 2026 to SRAI in writing to registration@srai.org.
SRAI wants to encourage participation and collaboration, while maintaining everyone's right to privacy.
