To accommodate additional attendees, SRAI has secured rooms at nearby overflow hotels. Attendees who still need accommodations are encouraged to reserve at the DoubleTree by Hilton Alana – Waikiki Beach, our primary overflow hotel.

SRAI has also secured a secondary overflow room block at the Sheraton Waikiki Beach Resort, located in the heart of Waikiki and within walking distance of the Hilton Hawaiian Village. The SRAI group rate is available through September 18, 2026, or until the room block sells out, whichever occurs first.

Guests arriving before their room is available or departing after check-out should contact their hotel’s Bell Desk regarding luggage storage.
If you are unable to attend the meeting, please contact the hotel where you made your reservation directly to cancel your hotel accommodations. Please refer to the cancellation policy provided with your hotel reservation and be sure to cancel within the required timeframe to avoid applicable charges. Canceling your hotel reservation DOES NOT cancel your SRAI Annual Meeting registration. Meeting registration cancellations must be handled separately through SRAI.
